If you're a side sleeper looking for a comfy sleep mask, the MZOO Sleep Eye Mask might be worth considering. Its design features a 3D contoured eye area, which, according to the manufacturer, should be gentle on your eyes without causing pressure. While it's supposed to block out all light, some folks have experienced varying results with the fit.
From what we've gathered, many people find the MZOO mask comfy and effective at creating darkness for better sleep. However, a few have noted that a bit of light can sneak in around the edges if the fit isn't just right, especially for those with distinct facial shapes.
For side sleepers, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. Some comments mention that the mask might shift a bit or let in light when you're lying on your side—some say this could happen due to the way the contours fit around your face.
Another point is the adjustable strap. It's meant to be versatile, but some have found it can move or feel a bit uncomfortable, depending on how it's set. This might affect how well the mask stays in place, especially if you're sleeping on your side.
It might take a bit of trial and error to find the best fit and ensure the mask stays put.
So, if you're into this mask and sleep on your side, some tweaks might be needed to get the right fit. But with a bit of adjustment, you could find a setup that works for a more restful night's sleep.
