The Tovolo Microwave Splatter Cover is quite effective in keeping those pesky food splatters at bay in the microwave, according to our research. If you're dealing with spills every time you heat something up, this could really help out.

The manufacturer points out that it not only cuts down splatters but also lets steam escape with its vented lid, which is pretty useful. It's made from silicone and plastic, so it's built to handle regular microwave use without any issues. Just a heads up though, it's not oven-safe; high oven temperatures can distort or damage it, so best to keep it for microwave use only.

One of the nice things about this cover is that it collapses when not in use, making it easy to stash away in your kitchen without taking up a ton of space.

It’s important to stick to the manufacturer's guidelines while using it to avoid any mishaps. If you're thinking about something for oven use, you'll probably want to look at covers specifically made for those high temperatures, usually crafted from materials like glass or metal.

Overall, as long as you're using the Tovolo Microwave Splatter Cover in the microwave as recommended, it should do a solid job of keeping your microwave clean. Just steer clear of the oven and you'll be good.
