If you're curious about how waterproof the Whale Fall Bike Phone Holder is, here's a breakdown. This holder does a good job of keeping your phone dry when you're out biking in unpredictable weather.
The manufacturer describes it as having a one-piece structure made from hard EVA material, topped with a waterproof coating. It's designed to shield your phone and other belongings from rain, which is definitely a relief when you get caught in a surprise shower.
For really heavy rain, it comes with a rain cover for extra protection. This isn't just something the manufacturer claims; our research backs this up too. Many folks have shared that this holder keeps their phones safe and dry, even when the rain unexpectedly hits.
Plus, you can still see and access your phone for stuff like GPS or checking ride data while on your bike.
There is one thing to note: some have pointed out that the zipper area isn't completely waterproof, so there might be some minor leaks in a heavy downpour. Keeping that rain cover ready to go is a smart idea.
But overall, it seems to manage light to moderate rain well enough, which should give you some peace of mind on your rides.
