From what we've found, the MOFT Folding Laptop Stand offers a decent amount of stability when it's at its tallest position, but there are a few things to keep in mind.
It's a handy and portable little stand, great for people who switch between workspaces a lot. You can adjust it to different angles like 25°, 35°, 45°, and 60°—pretty neat for improving posture and reducing neck strain. Plus, it can lift your laptop up to 10 inches, acting as a portable standing desk.
Many folks think it's portable and stable, which is a big plus. But a few did mention that it could feel a bit cramped or heavy when you fit it into a backpack's laptop slot.
When it comes to setting it up, most people didn't have issues once they got the hang of it. But I'll admit, there is a bit of a learning curve, and the instructions might not be the clearest.
Stability-wise, it's solid at the lower angles. But when you raise it up to 10 inches, some people did experience a bit of wobble. This could be something to think about if you're in a place where there's a lot of movement or if the stand might get knocked around.
So while it works well for a lot of users, it might not be the best choice for every situation, especially busy areas.
All in all, the MOFT Folding Laptop Stand is pretty cool for on-the-go ergonomic needs. But if you're really after solid stability at its maximum height, you might want to consider your surroundings first.
It's a great tool once you get used to it, but setting it up correctly is key to making the most of it.
