The Flexi Hose 75 ft Expandable Garden Hose is known to be pretty lightweight and easy to handle, which definitely makes it appealing for a lot of folks. But, keep in mind, there are some concerns about how long it might last.
Our research shows it's lighter than your usual garden hoses, and when you're not using it, it shrinks down to a really compact size, which is handy if you don't have a ton of storage space. The manufacturer mentions that it's got a durable latex core and a tough outer fabric, which helps keep it light.
However, there seems to be a bit of a trade-off. Some people have reported issues like leaks or the hose wearing out after just a few months. These kinds of problems popped up a lot, so it might be something to think about before buying.
There are also some complaints about the spray nozzle and other parts not being the best quality. Our research found issues with plastic parts cracking and brass fittings not lasting, which means you might need to replace the hose sooner than expected.
Customer service feedback is a mixed bag too. Some folks have had trouble getting timely help when there were issues, which is worth considering if you're thinking about buying.
In short, the Flexi Hose is convenient and easy to move around, but if you're worried about durability and good customer service, it might not be the best fit. If you do decide to go for it, it could be worth looking into extra protection plans or just being ready for a potential replacement sooner rather than later.
