If you're thinking about using WOREMOR's RF-IE50 EMR & RF Shielding Paint to cut down on electromagnetic (EMF) and radio frequencies (RF) in your space, it's a solid option. Our research suggests it's quite effective, especially when dealing with signals like RFID and the newer 5G frequencies.

One important tip from our findings is getting the grounding right. Grounding is crucial for the paint to do its job effectively across walls or large surfaces. Without proper grounding, you might end up with signal interference, so make sure that's sorted out.

A lot of folks we've looked into mentioned using more than one coat of the paint. For example, some people use three coats on both interior and exterior walls to ensure complete shielding in their homes.

But keep in mind, you might need a decent amount of paint; for extensive work, a 5-gallon bucket could be the way to go.

On the plus side, the manufacturer points out the paint has low volatile organic compounds (VOCs), which is nice if you're worried about indoor air quality. Applying it is also pretty straightforward. Just a heads-up, though—getting a professional electrician to check the grounding might be a smart move to make sure everything's done correctly.

All in all, if you apply the RF-IE50 paint properly and focus on good grounding, it seems to do a great job at reducing EMF and RF exposure. This paint could be a great part of your plan to create a safer space.
