Setting up the Bora Portamate PBR-0410 4-Level Lumber Rack might be smoother than you'd think. The manufacturer says it includes all the necessary hardware, but our research found that some folks have run into an issue where their packages didn't come with the promised mounting materials. Yeah, that's a total buzzkill when you're ready to get going.
It might be smart to have a few extra tools and screws on hand, like lag screws, especially if you're fixing it to something like drywall or wood studs, just in case. Even though it's meant to be an easy install, having the right backup tools and screws will make sure it's as sturdy as a rock.
From what our data shows, while some did face initial hiccups with missing parts, they often sorted it out pretty well by reaching out to the seller or Bora. Apparently, sometimes stuff just gets missed in packaging or shipping.
But most people got quick help and replacement parts, which is a relief.
So, before you start installing, check out what's in the box once you get it—make sure everything's there as per the product description. If something's off, just reach out to customer service; they've been pretty helpful according to folks who did.
In the end, with everything in place, people find the setup doable and the rack dependable for holding their lumber. Even with a minor snag here or there with the hardware, most users manage to get things sorted without much hassle, making it a good pick for organizing your lumber.
