The KOHLER Veil K-1381-HC-0 toilet comes with a dual flush system aimed at saving water while working efficiently. Basically, you've got two flush options—usually handled by either buttons or a handle. One's meant for liquid waste and uses less water, while the other is a bit more robust for solid waste.

The manufacturer explains that this system uses modern tech to be both eco-friendly and easy to use. You can generally expect to use about 1.0 or 1.28 gallons for a liquid flush and around 1.6 gallons for solid waste.

From what we found, this system not only cuts down on water usage but also does a great job at keeping everything running smoothly. It’s efficient, refills pretty quickly, and gives a good solid flush that clears the bowl thoroughly.

Oh, and those flush buttons? They're placed in a way that's meant to be really user-friendly—comfortable and intuitive, even if you're new to the dual flush concept.

Just a heads up, though: there might be a bit of a learning curve at first. Some folks have mentioned they needed a moment to remember which button was which.

But overall, people seem to really like the fact that it's good for the environment and it has that sleek, modern look which fits right in with the KOHLER Veil's style.

In short, the dual flush feature on this toilet is a smart move if you're looking to save water without losing any flushing power—plus, it's stylish to boot!
