Choosing the right size for the Dunzy 20 Pcs Strapped Mouth Guards can be a bit tricky, especially since our research shows mixed feedback on their fit. These guards are supposed to be ready-to-use without boiling, and they're aimed at both adults and kids. But, it’s not always that simple in reality.

The universal fit sounds nice in theory, but based on what we've found, these guards can be hit or miss. Some folks have mentioned they seem small, particularly for adults and older kids. One person even thought they were more suitable for very young children than middle schoolers. Meanwhile, another user found them too large for an 11-year-old, leading to some uncomfortable trimming.

If you're looking to stock up for team sports, the pack of 20 and the variety of colors can be quite appealing. Just bear in mind that they might not fit perfectly right out of the box. You might need to do some trimming, so it's good to be prepared if you're planning to use them immediately for a game or practice.

If you're okay with possibly needing to make adjustments or can get professional fitting advice, these could still be a solid option because of their cost-effectiveness and the number of guards you get.

But if getting the right fit is really important for you, it might be worth considering other options or being ready to do a bit of DIY fitting. They're a budget-friendly choice, but dialing in the perfect fit might take some extra work.
