The Corsair K100 RGB keyboard is pretty cool if you love customizing your setup. Based on what we found, the RGB lighting has loads of options. You use Corsair's iCUE software to tweak almost everything about the keyboard's lights, so you can really get a look that fits your gaming setup.
The lighting itself is awesome—think tons of colors and effects. You can even set each key to different colors and effects, so you can get creative with it. And if you're not in the mood to spend time on it, there are preset effects you can pick from.
As for the iCUE software, it doesn't stop with just lighting. You can make complex macros and manage different profiles, which is nice if you have varying tasks or like to code. According to what the manufacturer says, this keyboard should last a while too, thanks to its sturdy aluminum frame and quality keycaps.
The keyboard also has these OPX optical-mechanical switches that respond really fast—like, just a 1.0mm actuation point. Gamers love this for quicker reactions, but if you're used to typing a lot, it might feel a bit too sensitive at first.
So, if customizing your keyboard lighting is your thing or you want super responsive keys for gaming, the Corsair K100 could be worth checking out. Just know the keys might need some getting used to if you're doing a lot of regular typing.
