If you're thinking about the Progressive International Prepworks ProKeeper containers for storing your food, here's a rundown of their airtight features based on our research. The manufacturer says these containers are made from clear plastic and are designed to create an airtight seal, which is great for keeping things like flour and sugar fresh.
The set offers different containers, each with specific features to help with baking storage. For instance, the flour container has a leveling bar you can remove, and the brown sugar container includes a terra-cotta disc to keep it moist.
From what we've found, a lot of folks appreciate their sturdy build and clever design, especially the built-in measurement marks and the fact that they're dishwasher-safe, which makes cleaning easier.
But, be aware that some have noticed an issue with the sugar container's pour spout not closing all the way, which might compromise its airtightness. This could be a problem if you're worried about moisture getting in or pests finding their way to your sugar.
Overall, people seem pretty happy with the ProKeeper set, especially for organizing and keeping various dry goods fresh. Baking fans have mentioned how functional this set is.
Even with the minor hiccup regarding the sugar container, the set is often praised for its quality and practicality, especially if you like baking or need specific storage for your ingredients.
If keeping things airtight, particularly sugar, is super important to you, you might want to consider the feedback about the pour spout.
But with all the positive feedback and thoughtful design, the Progressive ProKeeper set is still a solid pick for versatile kitchen storage, especially if baking is your thing.
