So, about the Thirsty Rhino mini stainless steel funnel and the whole rust situation—here's the scoop. Stainless steel is generally good at dodging rust, but it's not entirely foolproof if you don't take some care.
From what we found, most folks didn't report rust problems, but there are a few mentions that rust can show up if you don't dry it thoroughly after washing. So, it's a good idea to clean it right after using and make sure it's completely dry before putting it away. That'll help keep the rust at bay and your funnel in good shape.
Now, in terms of size and functionality, this funnel works nicely for pouring liquids into small bottles, like flasks or essential oil containers. According to the manufacturer's description, it has a pouring diameter of 1-3/8 inches and an inserting diameter of 3/8 inches, which should fit most standard flask openings.
Opinions differ a bit on the size, though. Some folks think it's too small for what they need, while others find it just right for tiny openings like lip balm tubes or spice bottles. It's all about what you're using it for.
And hey, it comes with a beaded chain that makes for easy storage or hanging, which is handy for keeping it dry and rust-free.
Overall, with a bit of care, the Thirsty Rhino funnel can be pretty helpful for those precision tasks. Just keep these pointers in mind to make the most of it!
