You asked if the OBSBOT Tiny 2 overheats during use. From what we've found, there doesn't seem to be a major issue with it overheating. It's pretty well-equipped with advanced features like AI auto-tracking and gesture control, which are generally well-received and don't appear to cause any heat problems.
However, there are a couple of things to keep in mind. The Tiny 2 doesn't offer gesture commands to start or stop recordings, so you'll still need to handle that manually through the software, which might be a downside if you're looking for a completely hands-free experience.
Also, some folks have mentioned a few hiccups in setting it up, especially when trying to sync its mic with other devices like the Yeti mic.
There could also be some restrictions when using the camera with applications like Discord, such as issues with getting 4K resolution to work.
So, while the Tiny 2 seems solid in terms of not overheating, you'll want to make sure it meshes well with your setup and the software you plan to use.
If seamless recording is a big deal for you, checking out other software options might help get the most out of this webcam's features.
