If you're thinking about the Marvy Uchida Bistro Chalk Markers, it's good to know that they're more about creating temporary or erasable designs instead of something permanent. These water-based markers work great on surfaces like chalkboards, windows, or even car windshields.
The manufacturer's description mentions that these markers are easy to wipe off with a damp cloth, which lines up with our findings. They're really handy for projects where you might need to change things up regularly.
The markers are intended for non-porous surfaces, and they offer nice, opaque colors, so design-wise, they're pretty vibrant. Just remember, because they're not permanent, you won’t want to leave them on for too long or use them on porous surfaces, as that might lead to staining.
From what we've gathered, a lot of people appreciate how easily the ink comes off, making these markers a hit for temporary messages or art that needs frequent updates.
But if you’re expecting something more permanent, these might not be what you need. For long-lasting designs, you'll want to consider other options.
In short, if you want something that's easy to erase and switch up, these markers are a solid choice.
But for lasting applications, you might want to look elsewhere.
