The LG 55UQ7570PUJ is a 4K Smart TV that, according to the manufacturer's description, supports a ton of streaming services like Netflix, Disney Plus, and more. Sounds great for all the binge-watchers out there!
However, we've found that some folks have run into WiFi connectivity issues with this model. Specifically, it seems like the built-in WebOS platform has a few hiccups when it comes to streaming directly from apps like Netflix or Amazon Prime Video. This might mean some trouble downloading apps or streaming content smoothly without using an external device.
The problem could be due to software glitches in WebOS or just a shaky internet connection. If you're thinking about this TV, it's a good idea to have a strong WiFi setup. A stable, high-speed connection can help prevent those streaming headaches and keep things running smoothly.
For those who already own this TV or are worried about these WiFi issues, using a streaming device like a Firestick or something similar can help. They can sidestep any problems with the built-in apps and generally work more seamlessly.
Even with these connectivity bumps, plenty of people still enjoy the LG 55UQ7570PUJ for its bright picture quality and smart features. Plus, it's pretty budget-friendly.
So, if you're considering it, just be aware of the WiFi quirks and maybe have a backup plan with another streaming device for the best experience.
