The Midea WHS-65LB1 has a mechanical temperature control you can adjust with a dial inside the fridge. The manufacturer says it can go from about 32°F to 35.6°F. It's good for keeping drinks and snacks cold, but not ideal for stuff like ice cream that needs a precise temperature.
From what we've found, experiences with the freezer compartment are mixed. It's more of a chiller, and while it might slightly freeze items right underneath it, it's not the same as a proper freezer. Some folks noticed that milk in the door stayed good, which means the cooling generally works, but items below the chiller area might get a bit frozen.
Also, it seems like the fridge can sometimes be inconsistent with its temperature, especially if the room temperature swings a lot. So, while the thermostat is easy to use, it might not keep an even temperature all the time.
In a nutshell, the Midea WHS-65LB1 does a decent job for everyday cooling, but it has its quirks. If you need really consistent and precise cooling, you might find yourself having to tinker with the settings a bit, or consider a fridge with more advanced controls.
