Hey! So, the Design Works Crafts Punch Needle Kit for Christmas is a pretty neat craft project.
It comes with printed fabric that's a polyester-cotton mix, embroidery floss, a 3.5-inch hoop, and illustrated instructions to help you along. But here's the thing—it doesn't come with the punch needle tool itself. You'll need to buy that separately, which is a bit of a bummer since some folks have been surprised by this.
A few people have mentioned concerns about the selection of floss colors in the kit. Apparently, there are only two shades of green.
So if you're planning on doing something like a Christmas tree, you might end up needing to get another shade of green on your own. This has tripped some people up, so it's something to keep in mind.
That said, once you get past these initial hurdles, a lot of people really enjoy using the kit. They find the colors nice and the whole crafting process pretty engaging.
To have a smoother experience, just make sure you grab yourself a punch needle and consider picking up any extra threads you might want before you dive in.
Hope you have fun with it—happy crafting!
