OxiClean Odor Blasters seems to be a solid option if you're trying to tackle those stubborn smells and stains in your sports gear and workout clothes.
It's designed to work on these types of challenges by using oxygen to lift nasty odors and stains from laundry. You can toss it into both high-efficiency (HE) and standard washing machines, making it pretty versatile for freshening up a variety of fabrics like clothing, towels, and even pet bedding.
The manufacturer's description suggests it's great at dealing with the sweaty smells you often get from workout clothes and sports equipment. Our research backs this up, too. Many people note a big difference in freshness after using it. It's particularly known for getting rid of sweat and pet odors and tackling general household smells.
It's pretty versatile, too. A lot of folks say it works well not just in the wash, but also as a pre-soak for really stubborn or smelly items. This gives the powder more time to work its magic.
Just a heads-up, though, a few things to consider: it might not dissolve completely in cold water, leaving some residue. Also, it has a pretty strong scent, so if you're sensitive to fragrances, that might be a bit much. Be sure to store it properly, too—moisture can make it clump up, which affects how well it works.
Overall, both professional reviews and our research suggest that most people are really happy with it. It seems to handle the tough smells and stains from activewear pretty effectively.
So if you're looking for something to freshen up your workout gear, OxiClean Odor Blasters might be worth giving a shot.
