The Most Common Complaints

Navigation Acting Up

If your robot is spinning in circles or hitting walls it should see:

1. Update the firmware - This fixes most early bugs. Check the app for updates.
2. Power cycle it - Turn it off, wait 30 seconds, turn it back on. Classic IT fix.
3. Delete the map and start over - Sometimes the map gets corrupted. Let it remap.
4. Clean the sensors - Wipe them down with a dry cloth. Dust messes with navigation.

Not Picking Up Stuff

If it's leaving debris behind:

1. Set auto-empty to "high" in the app
2. Check the main brush. Is it stuck up? Hair wrapped around it?
3. Run multiple cleaning passes on problem areas

Getting Stuck on Door Frames

1. Mark your thresholds in the app - The robot handles them better when it knows they're coming
2. Reality check: Single obstacles over 36mm (1.4 inches) might be too tall, despite the 40mm marketing claim

Mopping Not Working Right

For wet/dry problems:

1. Adjust water flow in the app. Start low, go up from there
2. Enable multiple mop passes for stubborn floors
3. If it's leaking, contact support

Error Codes or Won't Charge

1. Clean the charging contacts on both the robot and dock
2. Try a factory reset in the app
3. Make sure you're on 2.4GHz WiFi (not 5GHz)
