Short answer: no, you can't swap ear tips between AirPods Pro 3 and Pro 2. Apple changed the design completely, so they're not compatible.

What Changed

Apple didn't just tweak the ear tips. They redesigned them from scratch:

New Shape: The attachment mechanism is different. Pro 2 tips simply won't fit on Pro 3 buds (and vice versa).

Heart Rate Sensor Needs: Since the Pro 3 has a heart rate monitor, the tips had to be designed to ensure proper skin contact inside your ear.
