The Speedo Vanquisher 2.0 Junior Swim Goggles are a hit with young swimmers, but diving is a different ballgame. Our research shows they come with interchangeable nose pieces to fit different face shapes, which is pretty handy. Some folks really appreciate this feature, saying it allows for a custom fit.
However, there are a few who found swapping those nose pieces a bit of a headache. Some reported needing tools like pliers to get the nose piece to click securely, with a few mentioning they've had them fall off over time.
This is important if you're diving because you want the goggles to stay put while you're underwater. The manufacturer says they have an anti-fog coating and UV protection—great for swimming—but during dives, you'll want to make sure they fit snugly.
But hey, it's not all bad news! Several people have adjusted the nose bridges just fine and find the goggles comfortable and effective. If you're going to try adjusting them, be gentle and make sure everything is locked in place so they don't shift during your dives.
If you haven't adjusted goggles like this before, checking out a guide or video tutorial might be worth your time. Some have found these resources pretty helpful for getting a solid fit.
Still, if adjusting the nose pieces easily is a top priority, especially for frequent diving, you might want to look at other models specifically made for that purpose.
In the end, while the Vanquishers have some cool features for swimming, if you're mainly focused on diving, make sure the nose piece fit meets your needs. It might be a good idea to explore other options that are designed with diving in mind so you can have the best experience.
