Best Bow Squares in 2026
🏹Bow squares—those small but mighty tools—are vital for setting up your bow accurately, which is key for shooting with precision. They come in various shapes like T and L, and picking the right one can really enhance your archery game. Even though they all basically do the same job, differences in their design, the materials used, and how easy they are to use can make a big impact.
We've put together a list of our favorite bow squares for 2024, keeping in mind different preferences and needs. Hopefully, this helps you find just the right one to add to your archery toolkit.
🥇Overall Best: Easton T Bow Square
The Easton T Bow Square secures our top recommendation for its sturdy construction and user-friendly design. The T shape provides a solid grip on the bowstring, making measurements straightforward and reliable. The white-numbered markers on a black background are easy to read, which is crucial when you're under varying lighting conditions. Notably, the markings start at 4 inches of brace height, making it particularly suitable for primitive or Korean bows with lower brace heights. This bow square is versatile and practical, positioning it as our overall best choice for 2024.
🥈Runner-up: Saunders Forked Horn Square
🏹The Saunders Forked Horn Square is an impressive runner-up, featuring a rounded measurement arm that emulates the shape of an arrow. This design not only makes it intuitive to use but also enhances accuracy in measuring brace height. Its plastic construction keeps it lightweight and easy to handle, though some care is needed to prevent damage. Once attached to the bowstring, it stays firmly in place, ensuring stability during nock setting. Its unique features and dependable performance make it a strong contender among bow squares.
💸Budget Pick: Allen K’Netix Bow Tuning Kit

This kit offers tremendous value, including a folding bow square, nocking pliers, and three nocks. While it may not offer the same level of precision as higher-end tools, it delivers functional and comprehensive capabilities that are perfect for beginners.
