The Breville Smart Oven Pizzaiolo can reach a maximum temperature of 750 degrees Fahrenheit, according to the manufacturer. This high heat mimics a traditional brick oven, which is great for getting that perfect, crispy pizza crust.
From what we've found, it heats up quickly and keeps the temperature stable. Lots of folks have said it makes restaurant-quality pizzas at home. The oven also has preset functions for different types of pizzas like Neapolitan, New York, and even frozen ones.
One thing to keep in mind, though, is the stone size. The manufacturer mentions it's about 12 inches in diameter, but some people have noticed that the usable space is closer to 11 inches.
So, if you usually make larger pizzas, you might feel a bit cramped.
Overall, it's a solid performer and very user-friendly. Just be aware of the size limitation if you're making bigger pizzas often.
