New or gently used products are eligible for a refund to the original payment method within 30 days of purchase; returns from day 31 to day 60 receive merchandise credit. Items received after 60 days are shipped back. Proof of purchase is required unless Ulta can verify the order in their system. Online returns are free in-store; mailed returns are paid by the customer.
