Porchia et al. v. Best Buy (3:25-cv-00134, filed Jan 2025) class action alleges Best Buy has run a 'massive' fake-sale scheme since at least Feb 2023 on TVs and major appliances, advertising 'Was $X' reference prices at which items were rarely or never sold, plus phony 'limited-time' offers that never end.
