## What is measured

- **Data API:** The sample calls from our documentation (product lookup by barcode and ASIN, search, offers, price history, reviews, deals, batch and usage) against api.shopsavvy.com/v1, every 5 minutes.
- **MCP server:** A tools/list request to api.shopsavvy.com/mcp, every 5 minutes.
- **Website:** A request for the shopsavvy.com home page, every 5 minutes.

## How to read it

- A 5-minute window counts as passing only when every check in it passed.
- Windows with no measurement are shown as no data and left out of the percentage; the share of the period that was measured is shown beside it.
- Response times are the 50th and 95th percentile of passing checks over 7 days.
- The checks run from ShopSavvy's production server through the public addresses customers use, so an outage of that server itself shows as no data.
- The page reports measurements; it is not a service level agreement.
