It's perfect for achieving foolproof, sharp edges with outstanding angle adjustments, although it may be challenging for larger knives and require time for re-beveling tasks. If precision and versatility in sharpening are your top priorities, this tool may be well worth its price. However, users who frequently sharpen larger knives might want to ensure its compatibility with their needs.
