## Verdict

The Westinghouse ePX3100v is a powerful and versatile electric pressure washer suitable for various cleaning tasks around the home. Its compact and lightweight design, along with robust wheels, make it a breeze to maneuver. However, the customer service experience has room for improvement, and the hose may be cumbersome for some users. Despite these issues, it offers great value with its impressive cleaning power and ease of use. If customer service is a top priority for you, consider exploring alternative brands or models.

**Top pro:** Powerfully cleans tough grime, mildew, and stains on stone patios, driveways, and other surfaces.
**Top con:** Customer service is reportedly unresponsive, with unresolved issues and delays.
