## Verdict

While the Western Digital 4TB WD Red Plus NAS Internal Hard Drive boasts commendable customer service, potential buyers should be cautious of the noise and reliability issues noted by a significant number of users. For those looking for a quieter operation, it might be worth considering alternatives if noise is a major concern, as the product may not meet expectations in a NAS environment.

**Top pro:** Best-in-class customer service was highly praised.
**Top con:** 20% of reviews complained about the hard drive being 'extremely loud.'
