However, some users may encounter connectivity issues that could detract from its performance. It's a solid choice for those setting up a sound system for the first time, although its full potential might be best realized when paired with compatible TVs and through the use of HDMI ARC. **Top pro:** Excellent sound quality for movies, TV, and games, providing an immersive experience. **Top con:** Frustrating connectivity issues, with occasional dropouts requiring device resets. ## Product: VIZIO 2.1 Soundbar SV210M-0808 **Brand:** VIZIO [Compare prices and price history on ShopSavvy](https://shopsavvy.com/products/vizio-2.1-soundbar-sv210m-0808) ## Pros - Excellent sound quality for movies, TV, and games, providing an immersive experience. - Produces clear sound that enhances the listening experience with additional instrument details. - Ample bass is enhanced by the subwoofer, offering a deeper audio experience. - Straightforward setup process, making it ideal for beginners. - The compact size makes it suitable for small rooms or spaces. - Reliable Bluetooth connection with a one-click setup. - Good 3D surround sound effect once properly set up. - Quality performance that surpasses its price point and expectations. ## Cons - Frustrating connectivity issues, with occasional dropouts requiring device resets. - Disconnects from the subwoofer result in a hollow sound experience. - Volume control can be too sensitive, practical only at very low settings. - Lacks upward-firing speakers, limiting the promised Dolby Atmos experience. - No remote control included, relying solely on the Vizio app for regulation. - Limited Bluetooth functionality and compatibility with older flat screens. ## Pros vs Cons at a Glance | Pros | Cons | |------|------| | Excellent sound quality for movies, TV, and games, providing an immersive experience. | Frustrating connectivity issues, with occasional dropouts requiring device resets. | | Produces clear sound that enhances the listening experience with additional instrument details. | Disconnects from the subwoofer result in a hollow sound experience. | | Ample bass is enhanced by the subwoofer, offering a deeper audio experience. | Volume control can be too sensitive, practical only at very low settings. | | Straightforward setup process, making it ideal for beginners. | Lacks upward-firing speakers, limiting the promised Dolby Atmos experience. | | The compact size makes it suitable for small rooms or spaces. | No remote control included, relying solely on the Vizio app for regulation. | | Reliable Bluetooth connection with a one-click setup. | Limited Bluetooth functionality and compatibility with older flat screens. | | Good 3D surround sound effect once properly set up. | | | Quality performance that surpasses its price point and expectations. | | ## Last Seen Prices *Each price is the last one ShopSavvy observed, between 2024-12-27 and 2025-06-17;
