## Verdict

The Star Trek: Light-and-Sound Tricorder (RP Minis) is a playful gadget for Star Trek fans, especially those just starting a collection. While it offers fun lights and sounds, its cheap construction and tricky sticker application could be off-putting. It's a charming addition for casual fans but may not satisfy those seeking high-quality collectibles.

**Top pro:** A fun item for Trekkies and a good starter piece.
**Top con:** The speakers are considered too loud, mentioned by 30% of reviews.
