## Verdict

The Shark IW1111 Detect Pro excels with dirt and pet hair pickup but struggles with a short-lived battery and flimsy design. While it suits quick, light cleaning tasks, its limitations might be frustrating, especially at its price. Consider alternatives like the Dyson V8 for a potentially more robust performance if battery life and sturdiness are high priorities.

**Top pro:** Effectively picks up dust and pet hair, even in hard-to-reach areas.
**Top con:** Battery life is notably short, disappointing for the price point with some experiencing only 5-10 minutes of use.
