## Verdict

The Seagate Game Drive for PS5™ offers significant storage capacity and works well for extending PS4™ game libraries. However, it falls short for PS5™ users due to its inability to store and play PS5™ games directly, creating potential disappointment. Ensure your primary needs align with this capacity limitation before purchase, especially if your main focus is on storing PS5™ titles. If you require true PS5™ game storage compatibility, you might want to consider other options that explicitly support both storing and playing PS5™ games directly.

**Top pro:** Provides ample 5TB of storage, perfect for expanding a gaming library.
**Top con:** Does not support storing and playing PS5™ games, contrary to some expectations.
