## Verdict

The Saybrook Premium Adjustable Loft Pillow is a stellar choice if you're a side sleeper in search of customizable comfort and solid support. It may require some adjustment to achieve the perfect fit, but once dialed in, it can significantly improve sleep quality by alleviating neck and back pain. While it isn't the softest pillow you might find, it shines in offering tailored comfort with its adjustable design. However, if the cumbersome filling adjustment process sounds off-putting, it may be worth considering other options.

**Top pro:** Perfect for side sleepers, offering the right support without elevating the head excessively.
**Top con:** May be too firm for users who prefer very soft pillows.
