## Verdict

While Rice Chex Gluten Free Cereal offers a low-sugar, gluten-free option that's versatile for recipes, some long-time fans are disappointed by changes in flavor and texture, as well as the use of bioengineered ingredients. Concerns about processing methods and ingredient choices have also been raised, leading some towards seeking more organic options. If you favor organic and non-GMO products, you might want to explore alternatives in the market until changes are addressed.

**Top pro:** The lower sugar content in Rice Chex makes it a healthier breakfast option.
**Top con:** Many long-time consumers notice changes in texture and flavor compared to the original, feeling the gluten-free version does not match.
