## Verdict

The Rev-A-Shelf 35-Quart Pull Out Trash Can has a visually appealing design and is constructed from durable materials, but its functionality leaves much to be desired. Many users found the soft close mechanism problematic, and modifications were often necessary to improve performance. If ease of use is crucial, consider seeking a model without the soft close feature to avoid potential headaches.

**Top pro:** The larger size provides extra space, making it ideal for small spaces like a Tiny House rental.
**Top con:** Significant usability issues with the soft close feature making it difficult to pull the can out.
