If dry eyes are keeping you from resting easy, Refresh P.M. Lubricant Eye Ointment is a solid choice despite the occasional blurry vision. The absence of a safety seal and potential recall issues might be off-putting for some, but the overwhelming recommendation from eye-care professionals makes it a go-to for severe dry eye relief. Give it a try if you need nightly comfort and are prepared to handle a temporary vision blur.

**Top pro:** Lubricates well, providing efficient relief.
**Top con:** Causes blurriness, so be prepared for blurred vision immediately after use.
