## Verdict

While the Razor Black Label E90 Electric Scooter offers fun features like a stable wide deck and simple controls, significant safety concerns overshadow its potential benefits. Handlebar stability is alarming, as are structural issues. If safety and durability are top priorities, it may be wise to explore alternative scooters with more robust construction or invest in a higher-quality model for your child's enjoyment and safety.

**Top pro:** The wide deck provides stability for first-time riders.
**Top con:** The clamp around the handle does not tighten effectively, leading to safety concerns.
