## Verdict

Purina Beyond Cod, Salmon and Sweet Potato Wet Dog Food Pate is a solid choice for those seeking an affordable, grain-free, and palatable option without byproducts. It's especially beneficial for dogs with specific dietary needs like allergies or diabetes. However, owners should verify ingredient labels due to inconsistencies and be mindful of the chicken content if your pet has allergies. While some find the price steep, others appreciate the health benefits and ease of dietary transition.

**Top pro:** Well-received by picky eaters, including large breeds like Great Pyrenees, signaling its broad appeal.
**Top con:** Contains a small amount of chicken, which could be problematic for dogs with severe chicken allergies.
