## Verdict

The Proactiv 3 Step Acne System is a popular choice for tackling acne, with many users experiencing clearer skin, even with cystic acne. However, be prepared for a drying and purging phase that might not suit sensitive skin, and the product's smell may not appeal to everyone. For those willing to push through the initial discomfort, continuous use seems to yield satisfying results.

**Top pro:** Lightweight and easy to use.
**Top con:** Initial use can be very drying to the skin.
