## Verdict

Nature's Bounty Fish Oil 1400 mg Softgels delivers numerous health benefits such as supporting heart health and reducing inflammation, thanks to its high-quality ingredients and enteric coating. If pill size and potential leakage are not deal breakers, this product remains a strong choice for quality fish oil supplementation.

**Top pro:** High-quality ingredients and packaging are notable.
**Top con:** Some users recently detected a strong fish odor, which is unusual for the product.
