# TLDR Review: Milwaukee Mid-Torque Impact Wrench *Published: 2024-06-20 | Updated: 2024-12-06 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/reviews-tldr/milwaukee-mid-torque-impact-wrench* --- ## Verdict The Milwaukee Mid-Torque Impact Wrench, while powerful and comfortable, may not meet all needs, particularly for those tackling heavy-duty tasks. It shines in portability and torque for its size but falls short in battery life and build perception. If you prioritize ease of transport and moderate power over extensive battery life, this tool could be a strong choice. Otherwise, consider looking into other options if heavy-duty performance and durability are higher on your checklist. **Top pro:** Exceeds performance of traditional half-inch pneumatic tools with impressive power. **Top con:** Battery life may be disappointing. ## Product: Milwaukee Mid-Torque Impact Wrench **Brand:** Milwaukee [Compare prices and price history on ShopSavvy](https://shopsavvy.com/products/milwaukee-mid-torque-impact-wrench) ## Pros - Exceeds performance of traditional half-inch pneumatic tools with impressive power. - Comfortable design makes prolonged use easier. - Highly portable and easy to travel with. - Provides surprisingly strong torque for a compact 3/8" impact wrench. - Product presentation gives a quality impression with crisp lettering and proper packaging. ## Cons - Battery life may be disappointing. - Struggles with tight bolts and heavy-duty tasks. - The forward and reverse switch is easily activated accidentally, which could be inconvenient during use. - Inconsistent performance reported, affecting reliability and effectiveness. - Some users noted it feels cheaply made, impacting perception of quality. ## Pros vs Cons at a Glance | Pros | Cons | |------|------| | Exceeds performance of traditional half-inch pneumatic tools with impressive power. | Battery life may be disappointing. | | Comfortable design makes prolonged use easier. | Struggles with tight bolts and heavy-duty tasks. | | Highly portable and easy to travel with. | The forward and reverse switch is easily activated accidentally, which could be inconvenient during use. | | Provides surprisingly strong torque for a compact 3/8" impact wrench. | Inconsistent performance reported, affecting reliability and effectiveness. | | Product presentation gives a quality impression with crisp lettering and proper packaging. | Some users noted it feels cheaply made, impacting perception of quality. | ## Last Seen Prices *Each price is the last one ShopSavvy observed, between 2024-12-06 and 2025-05-10; it may have changed since.* | Retailer | Price | Availability | Last seen | |----------|-------|-------------|-----------| | [JBTools.com](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/fIoVPuT6bvGV2YT5Hokr/offers/619b7e81-fa09-313b-554a-7394cb50023b?source=shopsavvy&medium=article-review-tldr) | $169.99 | In Stock | 2024-12-06 (may have changed) | | [Coastal Tool](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/fIoVPuT6bvGV2YT5Hokr/offers/015d6e8e-76ad-304e-980c-8e2df1140250?source=shopsavvy&medium=article-review-tldr) | $229.00 | In Stock | 2025-05-10 (may have changed) | | [Ace Hardware](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/fIoVPuT6bvGV2YT5Hokr/offers/xxh1v2t7aBfUpYhgKUdK?source=shopsavvy&medium=article-review-tldr) | $249.00 | In Stock | 2025-05-10 (may have changed) | | [Acme Tools](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/fIoVPuT6bvGV2YT5Hokr/offers/8xP5E8Dxr8uLChBqvTpA?source=shopsavvy&medium=article-review-tldr) | $249.00 | In Stock | 2025-05-10 (may have changed) | | [Blain's Farm & Fleet](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/fIoVPuT6bvGV2YT5Hokr/offers/S7ngsyG1yPHsRbUQO9sK?source=shopsavvy&medium=article-review-tldr) | $249.00 | In Stock | 2025-05-10 (may have changed) | | [Fleet Farm](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/fIoVPuT6bvGV2YT5Hokr/offers/cvTlzB0rsQqm12xPOS6G?source=shopsavvy&medium=article-review-tldr) | $249.00 | In Stock | 2025-05-10 (may have changed) | | [GreatLakesPowerTools.com](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/fIoVPuT6bvGV2YT5Hokr/offers/Osr8mX0zTatkbj8fAM8z?source=shopsavvy&medium=article-review-tldr) | $249.00 | In Stock | 2025-05-10 (may have changed) | | [Max Tool](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/fIoVPuT6bvGV2YT5Hokr/offers/FjZZgaTmZoWqnunue42B?source=shopsavvy&medium=article-review-tldr) | $249.00 | In Stock | 2025-05-10 (may have changed) | | [Ohio Power Tool](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/fIoVPuT6bvGV2YT5Hokr/offers/r6JzFBq8dMas0Coe9LQj?source=shopsavvy&medium=article-review-tldr) | $249.00 | In Stock | 2025-05-10 (may have changed) | | [Rural King](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/fIoVPuT6bvGV2YT5Hokr/offers/FvxJmJnlV3yBvLAoW4qQ?source=shopsavvy&medium=article-review-tldr) | $249.00 | In Stock | 2025-05-10 (may have changed) | | [North 40 Outfitters](https://shopsavvy.com/api/redirect/products/fIoVPuT6bvGV2YT5Hokr/offers/EN9PDtbvUYe83ApSKBoO?source=shopsavvy&medium=article-review-tldr) | $249.99 | In Stock | 2025-05-10 (may have changed) | [See every retailer and the full price history on ShopSavvy](https://shopsavvy.com/products/milwaukee-mid-torque-impact-wrench) --- *About this review: it summarizes the professional reviews and customer ratings ShopSavvy collected for this product, alongside prices from ShopSavvy's price data (each price shows when it was last seen).* *Machine-readable access: append `.md` to any ShopSavvy URL, or send `Accept: text/markdown`, to get this page as Markdown.
