## Verdict

The Lenovo ThinkPad E16 Gen 3 packs serious power and multitasking muscle with its Intel 16-Core Ultra processor and 32GB DDR5 RAM, making it a great business machine for demanding tasks and smooth daily use. Its solid build, quiet operation, and excellent connectivity make it a strong contender in the premium business laptop category. However, if you’re not comfortable tweaking system settings or handling pre-installed software like OneDrive, the software quirks could hold you back. If guaranteed hassle-free software or a more straightforward experience is your top priority, you might want to keep an eye out for other professional laptops with less intrusive pre-installed apps.

**Top pro:** Runs very smoothly with no lag even when multiple (15+) browser tabs are open
**Top con:** OneDrive comes pre-installed and can be cumbersome; removing it causes severe system issues, making the laptop nearly unusable unless very carefully handled
