## Verdict

The LEGO Icons Boutique Hotel 10297 is an impressive addition for adult builders and LEGO modular enthusiasts who appreciate architectural details and storytelling. However, it comes with some design limitations and lacks certain practical features that might deter those seeking full playability. Despite minor quality control issues, it stands out as a display piece with its elegant design and thoughtful nods to LEGO's modular history.

**Top pro:** Intricate and well-appointed interiors with a variety of room types, perfect for a boutique hotel feel.
**Top con:** The fine art showroom and wedge-shaped design limit playability and interior space.
