# TLDR Review: La Roche-Posay Anthelios Clear Skin SPF 60 Sunscreen *Published: 2025-02-12 | Updated: 2025-01-02 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/reviews-tldr/la-roche-posay-anthelios-clear-skin-spf-60-sunscreen* --- ## Verdict The La Roche-Posay Anthelios Clear Skin Sunscreen offers strong SPF 60 protection and is praised for its compatibility with acne-prone, sensitive skin. However, its tendency to pill and leave a white cast, along with an inconsistent texture, might be deal breakers for some users. Users suggest carefully applying it with a good moisturizer to reduce these issues. If these cons are concerning, explore other sunscreen options specifically designed for a smoother application and better makeup compatibility. **Top pro:** Effectively keeps skin shine-free throughout the day. **Top con:** Significant pilling issue that complicates application and potentially decreases effectiveness. ## Product: La Roche-Posay Anthelios Clear Skin SPF 60 Sunscreen **Brand:** La Roche-Posay [Compare prices and price history on ShopSavvy](https://shopsavvy.com/products/la-roche-posay-anthelios-clear-skin-spf-60-sunscreen) ## Pros - Effectively keeps skin shine-free throughout the day. - Prevents breakouts, leading to clearer skin, and is suitable for sensitive, acne-prone skin. - Compatible with retinoid treatments without causing any issues. - Offers high SPF protection and is water-resistant for added benefit. - Disappears quickly after application, leaving a minimal and hardly noticeable cast. ## Cons - Significant pilling issue that complicates application and potentially decreases effectiveness. - Noticeable white cast, even on pale skin;
