## Verdict

While the Kohler 20466-96 Stonewood Toilet Seat boasts a sleek, attractive design and effective quiet close feature, it falls short on durability and ease of installation. Frequent issues with structural integrity and poor customer service have been highlighted by numerous users, which may warrant reconsideration if you're seeking a long-lasting seating solution. Given these concerns, shoppers might want to explore other options before making a purchase decision.

**Top pro:** Attractive design with a sleek look.
**Top con:** The seats are not durable, with significant issues like squeaking and cracking starting within 18 months.
