## Verdict

The Klein CL390 is a promising multimeter with excellent build quality and useful features, but it may fall short in specific applications, especially for accurate low DC amp readings and in outdoor conditions. For those in need of accurate automotive diagnostics, these limitations might be significant.

**Top pro:** Solid construction and robust build.
**Top con:** Non-contact voltage sensing is overly sensitive, with a loud beeper.
