# TLDR Review: InfinitiPro SmoothWrap Hair Dryer *Published: 2025-01-20 | Updated: 2024-12-26 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/reviews-tldr/infinitipro-smoothwrap-hair-dryer* --- ## Verdict The INFINITIPRO BY CONAIR SmoothWrap Hair Dryer performs well in reducing frizz and drying speed, making it a budget-friendly alternative to more expensive models. However, it has multiple design flaws, including a peeling paint issue and a risk of hot surfaces. These factors may outweigh the benefits for many users, so it’s worth considering if frizz control on a budget is your primary concern. **Top pro:** Effectively reduces frizz for curly hair, incorporating ion technology for frizz control. **Top con:** Design flaws cause issues with usability; awkward to handle and not as lightweight as advertised. ## Product: InfinitiPro SmoothWrap Hair Dryer **Brand:** Conair [Compare prices and price history on ShopSavvy](https://shopsavvy.com/products/infinitipro-smoothwrap-hair-dryer) ## Pros - Effectively reduces frizz for curly hair, incorporating ion technology for frizz control. - Offers good drying speed comparable to higher-end models like Dyson. - Various heat and power settings are beneficial for hair health. - Noticeable improvement in hair quality, with increased shine and smoothness. - Quieter operation than many previous hair dryers. - Leaves hair looking shiny and healthy after use. ## Cons - Design flaws cause issues with usability;
