## Verdict

While Iams Proactive Health Large Breed Adult Dry Dog Food has satisfied some users over the years, recent reviews suggest a decline in quality, with reports of severe digestive issues and allergies in dogs. If you are concerned about potential reactions, switching to a formula like Dr. Gary's Best Breed Holistic salmon might be worth considering, as it has received positive feedback for its high-quality, clean ingredients without harmful grains.

**Top pro:** Iams Proactive Health helps maintain normal energy levels in dogs.
**Top con:** Several users reported severe digestive issues like diarrhea and excessive gas after using Iams.
