## Verdict

If you're after vibrant, reliable print quality that perfectly matches your HP Envy 6100e or 6500e printer, the HP 68 Tri-Color Ink Cartridge delivers exactly that with authentic ink and hassle-free installation. However, keep in mind the ink tends to run out quickly and is on the pricier side, so it’s best suited for moderate use rather than heavy printing. For those who want to stretch their budget further, consider checking out options that offer higher capacity or third-party cartridges that might provide more ink at a lower cost, though you may sacrifice the guaranteed compatibility and quality of this HP original.

**Top pro:** Produces prints with great clarity, sharpness, and vivid, true-to-life colors on both plain and photo paper.
**Top con:** Ink is relatively expensive, making frequent replacement costly.
